Pastor Mallory envisions impacting the islands, the Pacific Rim nations and beyond. He has taught in mainland Bible Schools, ministered all over N. America in marriage seminars, missions conferences, district campmeetings, numerous churches, and been involved in ministry and promotions on the national level. He is known as "The Dreamer", following 36 city-wide simultaneous Crusades all over the Philippine Islands, when around 100,000 received the Holy Ghost. There were 3,995 documented healings - all the first weekend in January 2001. |

Ryan is a young man passionately in love with Jesus who received his call to the ministry as a teenager. Born and raised in Pentecost at the height of the great Philippine Apostolic revival, he has served in numerous leadership capacities from sectional to national levels. He received his AB in Religion at Central Philippine University.
As Pastor of Outreach for The Sanctuary, and also "professor" (as he's fondly called) for Sanctuary Bible Institute (SBI), his knowledge of the Bible inspires and delights all who listen. His passion is to preach, teach and disciple. His skillful guitar playing is a great blessing to our worship services.
Ryan's heartbeat is loving God and bringing people to know God and know His Word.
Manny Bumanglag - Board Member / Founding Elder

Manny is the Founding Elder of the church which is in its 8th year. He and his wife, Mila, are greatly esteemed for their beautiful spirits, their deep devotion to God and the church, their ever-ready smiles, and their loyalty and giving. They are the parents of teenagers, Wilmar, May & Maylene. |

Mila Bumanglag - Board Member & Finance Secretary

Mila Bumanglag is truly esteemed - in word, action, faith, spirit and service, as she has served continuously as secretary, as well as in other areas of service. She speaks softly and gently, but it carries forth loud and clear in example and character. |

Rudy Bumanglag - Board Member

Rudy & Vangie Bumanglag are also in the foundation of the church and continue as vital, loyal and faithful elders. Rudy followed the prompting of the Lord when he felt so strongly that the present location was to be our place of worship. They are the parents of Rachel, Jasmine and Travis. |

Joe Domingo - Board Member

Joe & Donna Domingo have grown rapidly in their walk with God and proven that God is faithful and directing their lives. Joe serves as an usher and Donna leads in worship as they bless the congregation. Their two teenagers, Joseph and Jelyn, are a "crown" for their parents. |

Barry Poe - Board Member
Bro. Barry is a very fine, dedicated and loyal member of The Sanctuary. He and his wife, Beth, and their very special young son, Matthew, are beautiful examples of being a Christian as they give themselves wholeheartedly to the upbuilding of the church. Barry enjoys multi-media and singing. His wife, Beth, is full of the joy of the Lord, and such a great blessing to the Sunday School class of 4 to 8 year olds that she teaches. They are students of The Word and The Sanctuary is very thankful for their lives given in true service.
Delfin Mariano - Board Member
Bro. Delfin is a committed, faithful and honorable man, who has proven his steadfastness and love for God in many ways. He, along with his wife, Felma, and children are a strong family in The Sanctuary, as they give of themselves in many ways. Bro. Delfin enjoys being an usher, ministering in the praise team, and can always be counted on to do his part when a job needs to be done. Whatever his hands find to do, he just does it. The Sanctuary is blessed with this family.
Ellen Swank - Music Minister
Ellen Swank is a graduate of the 4-year School of Music @ Indiana Bible College, Indianapolis, IN.
She is an accomplished keyboardist, and has a beautiful and gentle spirit, with a very sincere and deep dedication to the Lord.
As the musicians and praise team work with her, we are thankful for God's anointing and blessing in our worship to our Most Holy God.
